Google (or Yahoo!, not that sure now!) will buy Foursquare to compete in the local/social space, where they’re being left behind
Apple will buy Square to make mobile payments a new and big feature on iOS
Microsoft will buy Box.net to become a serious competitor on the enterprise cloud market (following their Yammer acquisition).
